This was a re-read for me. I really loved seeing Leo again and seeing his relationship with Calypso grow and develop. I also love the parallels between Apollo and Calypso learning to deal with their newfound mortality. Overall this was a really interesting continuation of the series, and I love how complicated the prophecies are getting. Especially since Apollo is the god of prophecy.

This was absolutely a fun read, but aside from the romance itself, I think I preferred the plot of the other books better. While I love Delilah and Cat, the actual plot just felt lacking compared to the depth of the other books in the series. It was still enjoyable and I loved to see Delilah reclaim her self confidence and her power after the events of the last book.

This was a reread and the first time listening to the audiobook. I wasn’t sure what to expect from this series, but it’s turning out to be very interesting. I like briefly seeing Percy, but it was also really nice to start to meet, or rather learn more about, other side characters. It’s also nice to see Apollo really beginning to see what his children go through on the daily.

This was an unexpected hit for me, I enjoyed the first book in the series, but not nearly as much as this one. Naomi and Ethan are truly multidimensional characters that are a pleasure to get to know. Everyone judges Naomi for her past and her choice of career. Everyone bases their opinions of Ethan on his job. It was really interesting to see the pair work through those presumptions, showing who they truly were and growing closer together.

This was a re-read, but my first time listening to the audiobooks. I think this book is an excellent conclusion to the series. The poor kids have to truly assess the meaning of sacrifice as they work to save the world. While it's sad that the weight has fallen on them, they handle it with poise. It truly is impressive how everything comes together in the end.

This was a re-read, but my first time listening to the audiobook. This book is where things start getting really interesting, everyone starts coming into their own. I appreciate the whole Nico arc and getting to see him come into his own and step up for the team regardless of what that reveals about him. It is also one of the darkest books. Percy and Annabeth really have to lean on each other and grow in their trust as they traverse through the underworld. While one of the most tense books, it is also one of the most rewarding in the series.

First off, professor student relationships are always a bit touchy, but I feel like this was handled as well as it could be.

I do love how set Honey is on seducing her professor Ben, but even more, I love what lengths Ben was willing to go to in order to get Honey back when he messed up. Such a fun read. I accidentally read this first in the trilogy, but it didn't matter too much - reading the first one now.

This was a re-read, but my first time listening to the audiobook. I love this book because everyone is finally together. After the struggle of the first two books it is so nice to see the seven together and working towards the next great prophecy. It was also interesting to see the balance between Jason and Percy as two demigods who've never had to not be in charge, learn to let eachother help.

This book was a lot of fun. I think I may have enjoyed it more than the first book in the series. I love how Monroe, despite being dragged into the situation, ends up being the piece missing that prevented Broderick and Shiloh from ever entering into a relationship. It almost felt like once the three were together they were finally able to begin healing from the experiences they had as children and how they were brought up.

This book was pretty solid. I loved Anastasia and Nathan as a couple. I also really appreciated how careful Nathan was to make sure Anastasia really wanted to be with him. I wish I could pinpoint why this isn't a 5 star read for me, but in general I think there were a lot of secondhand cringe moments that I really struggled with. Overall though, I don't doubt that I'll eventually re-read this.
