I’m always sad when a series ends, but this was perfect.

Shawn finally got what was coming to him. Maverick and JJ got family. Fox, aka Badger, figured out where he fit in with Rogue and the boys. Chase got closure. And Rogue got peace.

This series has a whole lot of everything. There’s blood, lots of sex, some psychos, and a dog. I’m sad that it’s over, but I have a feeling I will visit the Cove again.

Thank you, Susanne and Caroline, for an advanced copy! I enjoyed it, even if I cussed your names a few times!

If someone doesn’t kill Shawn soon, I’m stepping in. After what happened to Chase and Miss Mabel, he needs to go.

Also, Chase. Ugh, my heart is broken. And I’m so mad at Fox. He’s not just a member of the gang, Fox. This is Chase! Your brother! He’s been more of a brother than your actual brother.

Speaking of Maverick, what the heck, dude? I get what you were trying to do with the live stream, but now Rogue is MIA.

Let’s see what happens in the next book. I don’t know if I can handle it, but I’m not giving up yet.
