This story was great from start to finish. There was mystery and a precious love story.

It was touch and go at the beginning. Because the communication was atrocious. Once they start talking though the story takes off. Then we get to go on the journey of their love story..

Okay so I loved this book!!! We’ve had a great understanding of how Zander’s mental health struggles affects all of the Bertha boys. Being in Zander’s mind showed how complex his issues were. Especially because a lot of what he does is intentional and he’s self aware even if his toxic behavior stems from his mental health struggles he’s still choosing not to do anything about it no matter how it impacts others. This book is almost a villain redemption ARC even if Zander is ultimately his own worst enemy the most.

My expectations were low because Madden’s book didn’t really connect with me. This book was so well done. Zander is a complicated character and his own issues can make him unlikable because he is manipulative even while being sweet. Watching him grow over the course of this book was so satisfying. Derek was his perfect match in every way.

Okay so I loved this book!!! My expectations were low because Madden’s book didn’t really connect with me. This book was so well done. Zander is a complicated character and his own issues can make him unlikable because he is manipulative even while being sweet. Watching him grow over the course of this book was so satisfying. Derek was his perfect match in every way. Teddy did a great job narrating.

These two had so much in common at their core despite being different in almost every way from age to stage in life and economic status yet their connection is unshakable even as one of them fights it. I love a story where imperfect people find each other and this is definitely that. You will enjoy the journey these to take to find each other.

This sweet low angst insta connection book is one that you will enjoy. Micah is lost and alone in the world. Since childhood he’s learned the only person he can count on is himself. When Calvin enters his life and offers him a fairytale he has trouble accepting that it’s not temporary and learning to rely on someone else. Together these two navigate there new dynamic with the ultimate goal being to create  life where Micah is secure, happy, and safe.

I thought was good. It's not profound or anything. I wasn’t sure how I would rate it. It gave me two things at the very end that I wanted and now it will have a place in my heart forever lol. Vibes only rater! ✌🏽
