Deliverance by Erin O'Kane, Erin O'Kane

What a great start. I feel sorry for Iris and what she has to deal with from her family and the village she lives in. I love that she has the mysterious guy, Nyx, for friendship. I cannot believe the book ends like this. I can't wait for book 2.

The Wrong Play by C.R. Jane

Can I say that C.R. might be the queen of crazy/ stalker men? Jase is just as crazy as some of the men she writes. I like Riley and how relatable she is because she has a condition that people have in real life. I'm so glad that she got out of her situation and went to college where she met Jase. Although Jase may maybe a little crazy, he is very caring and funny. I wish the professor would have suffered more after what he did to Riley and possibly other women. I cannot wait for Matty's book but I don't know how it will be since he seems to be the only one with common sense.

Eight Second Hearts by Kendra Moreno

Omg!! I love this book. I give Indie a lot of credit for all the stuff she has gone through. It makes sense that she would be attracted to the men she is since they have just as much of a past as she does. I love how Indie pretty heals them and they help heal her. My favorite scene in this book is with the mechanical bull. Let's just say that I would never look at mechanical bull the same way again. I really hope someone gets that Lorenzo guy if there are more books in this series. 

Flawed Creatures by Beatrix Hollow

I loved this book, especially with the unique paranormal characters from Irish mythology. Great plot. I would like to know more about the rabbit god. 

Blackmailing Belle by Holly Roberds

I already love this series and this book just makes me love it more. Belle is awesome and I love the fact that she loves romance books like I do. I enjoyed how much she stands up for herself, especially with Beast. I like Damien and feel for all the stuff he has been through. I love how the author brings the other girls into each story. I need a book on Rap.

Degradation by Kyra alessy

I am loving this series, so far. I really like Daisy's character because she is different from your normal book characters that I've read. I really didn't like the "seamen" in the first book but they are making up for it little by little in this book. I really dislike Daisy's step-dad and he treats her and Shade. The plot of this book just gets better and better. The ending of this book I did not see coming. I can't wait for book 3.

Dirty Priest by Samantha Barrett

The author thanks you for reading this book by saying you are going to do at least a hundred hail Mary's after reading this book and she isn't wrong. This book is pretty much filth with a happy ending. I love Peyton and think it is funny how she tries to deny her feelings towards her stepbrother, neighbor, and priest. I loved the men especially when Van finally decided to give in to wants. This would be a great book for in-between those long drawn out slow burn books that make you crazy with tension.

Beauty's Monstrous Demons by Jenn Bullard

I really enjoyed this book. I like the plot and characters. There were a few things that bothered me, though. I felt like this book moved way to fast. The other thing that bothered me was Bast has hoofs and said he doesn't wear shoes but when he went on his date he was wearing boots. Overall great story.

Kiss the Dawn by Debbie Cassidy

It is one thing after another with poor Orina. She is trying to break a curse between a goddess and the vampire king. Now she has to go to an island to meet a family she didn't know she had to help with their problems, only to return to more missing people and betrayal from someone she has trusted since she was little. I thought she had her love life figured out, nope but it does get juicer. There are quite a few plot twists in this book that were unexpected. I don't know how the author is going to finish this series with one more book. There are that many unanswered questions, but I'm definitely here for it. I can't wait. That being said I gave this book 4 stars which could have 5 but the part where the king and her finally get together was a letdown. These two have been going back and forth for 3 books and they finally are together it is maybe a paragraph or two. I was a little disappointed especially with all that buildup.

It just keeps getting better. I am glad that some characters are finally getting there act together. I can't wait for the next book.
