the art was really weird? i got that it was more about how the featured characters saw the world, but still. it was weird. especially sakhmet. (also, she's literally just a small kitten, and i love her even though i'm absolutely terrified at the same time.) -1 star for the art, but the plot was just as amazing as ever.

so yes, the tie-everything-up-in-a-nice-bow ending was completely unrealistic. does it deserve 3.5 stars? probably. but i personally just absolutely adored how the human connection between Astrid and the passengers was explored, even if it was in a super cliche way, so screw it. 4 stars it is.
