My thoughts and feelings about this book are all over the place right now. It's gonna take some time to digest this.

UGH. I didn't like anything about this book. Very poorly written, no character development, a lot of plot holes, and is the author kidding me with the teenage daughter swearing like a sailor at her dad? Get real woman.

This could have been way better. I thought it was lacking in a lot of ways and that it was just ok.

This book was chosen for me by a member of my book group and I'm so glad it was, because I don't know that I would have read it otherwise. Loved the writing style. While I think it's a slightly odd plot, it was executed well. I would read other books by this author.

This was my first experience reading a book AFTER seeing the movie, and I wasn't disappointed. I have seen the movie several times and it's a favorite. I definitely prefer the end of the movie to the book's ending, but all in all, I enjoyed it. Interesting how two extra lines added to the end of the movie completely changed the story, and for the better, in my opinion. Fantastic story.

Holy UGLY cry at the end. Damn you, Jodi Picoult.

What the hell kind of ending was that?!

I would have given this 5 stars if the narration was better. I had to listen to it at a faster speed b/c it made her narration actually sound more normal. The story was fascinating though.
