Frozen 2 is one of my favorite movies and it means a lot to me, so I was excited to learn more about Anna and Elsa's parents and her mother's connections to the Northuldra. This book helps expand the Frozen universe further and honestly made me had more empathy for their father. This has honestly got me hyped for Frozen 3, even though I know we have a ways to go before that's release. Guess I'll just go rewatch Frozen 2 and cry my eyes out until then.

A Little Less Broken: How an Autism Diagnosis Finally Made Me Whole by Marian Schembari

As someone that was diagnosed late in life with ADHD and autism, Marian's story reflected so much of my own experience. This book has been so cathartic to read. I think it could also benefit anyone who has a loved one that may be autistic. AFAB people often don't present the traditional symptoms of autism, and while Marian's story is her own, it still reflects a lot of our experiences. I'm so glad this book is out in the world. Now I'm gonna go listen to Show Yourself on repeat because it is also my favorite song from Frozen 2.
