Not sure if it's the audiobooks fault or the writing in general but all of the names and terms thrown around with no context made the story very hard to follow. I'll have to give the physical book a shot one day and see if it helps.

It might be because I've read so many trauma-related books in the last 6 months, but I definitely found this one to be one of the least informative or practical for myself. Lots of science writing is decent. I just feel that there are better books on the topic available
