This book is a love story plain and simple. The environment is science fiction and there is a lot of suspense, but overall it is a love story and should be advertised as such. The characters could be a bit more would be my only complaint.

A great example of enemies to lovers and a sloooooooww burn. At times it was a little slow but loved the world building and the action scenes.

I still find myself thinking about these characters and hoping they are doing okay and living their best lives. Please read or listen or both.

The audiobook you need if you want to work but don’t need to focus 100% on the story to understand what is going on. Perfect for those who like having Dateline or SUV Law & Order on tv while cleaning the house.

The audiobook was amazing! I loved the intersecting stories of all the characters and how incredibly human they all felt. The ending was like I was saying goodbye to a family I never met, but missed terribly.

The kinda of book that makes you stop and think for a moment before moving on. A book of fiction that you wish was true in order to make up for all the bad shit in the world.

I couldn’t stand the ending and all the characters were assholes. So similar to an early 2000’s drama series on FOX.

This is the most fucked up thing I ever read and I am never taking book recommendations from Reddit ever again.

This felt like overhearing a black father’s conversation about life to his son.
