Poor Students, Rich Teaching: Mindsets for Change by Eric Jensen

Good for a book club on equity, affirming many concepts and practices that good teachers already do and introduces some new ideas too. Very heavy on mindsets and the power positive thinking. The reading is dense and voiceless at times, so it can be rough to get through in large sections.
