When I first picked this book up I wasn't expecting to cry during parts of it. I thought it would be funny and gross and that would be all really-yes, I was judging a book by its cover. Instead this was such a deeply dim vision of the future that I was crying and wondering how not far off the mark this actually could be-just replace zombies with another apocalypse.
