I love Scorpio Races to the bazillionth degree and as a result, I had high hopes for this one. I cannot say that I loved it as unequivocally as SR, but I can say this book was mesmerizing and intricate. I *love* all of those raven boys and their pal, Blue. The plot was interesting and the writing was great. Solid 4-stars.
Delightful book turning fairytale stereotypes around and mixing it up. A story of friendships- however strange they may be.
First time I've read this author, but will definitely be reading more. I found the story compelling and the characters well-conceived. Well worth your time.
This is much more than a mystery- it's a beautifully sad character study and a view from within grief and guilt and blame.
