Sarah Morgan is the most well-written character I’ve read in a long time—A silent killer, the thing that goes bump at night. Jeneva Rose perfectly executed another brilliant story. The perfect Divorce, in terms of pacing, was better than the prequel for me. I was more intrigued with this ensemble of characters than the original. It wasn’t the outcome I expected, so I loved how the mystery unfolded.

After more than ten years, I finally completed the Four Seasons series, which I read in an unconventional order: Summer, Winter, Spring, and then Autumn. While I had previously enjoyed the couple Rowan and Hitch in other books, I struggled with this particular installment. The story had a slow start, and as it progressed, some sections felt rushed, which was disappointing. Overall, while the series has its merits, this book didn't meet my expectations given the strength of the first three.
