I loveeeee this trilogy with all of my heart and I’m pretty sure the first 2 books both got 5 stars from me (or near enough!) so to say I am disappointed with this one is an understatement, it felt soooo rushed and there was barely any proper character interaction / development in it 🥲🥲🥲🥲 this makes me so sad !!
**after rethinking and sleeping on it I’m changing to 4 stars!!** it wasn’t as bad as I thought I think I was just being cynical as I was soo hyped for it!! but I still did enjoy the interactions and am looking forward to anything else Kate releases ❤️

I was skeptical of this book in the beginning but I’m SO GLAD I kept on with it. I have not enjoyed a book this much in FOREVERRRRRRR. The story is so unique, the way it’s written is *chefs kiss* - the amount of detail and thought that has gone into this is amazing, you can really tell just by reading it that the author LOVES what they do (and is good at it!!!) I sort of felt like I knew what would happen at the end but - NOPE!!!! knocked me out of the park. I was full of smiles and hopefulness the entire time and cannot WAIT to read the second one!!! ❤️
