My first Riley Sager read and it’s safe to say it won’t be my last!! This is spoooooky and will 100% be a great read for anyone during autumn! I couldn’t have seen the ending coming at any point, even though it was definitely foreshadowed. I also didn’t expect the last chapter to make me cry omg??? 🥲🥲🥲 my heart hurts !!!

Really quick read, I was really interested in the first half but the ending came too quickly. It could’ve done with being a teeny bit longer. For reference, I had 10 minutes left in the book by the time the actual ‘drama’ happened at the end lol

This is actually HILARIOUS, I was laughing out loud & giggling constantly whilst reading.

I didn’t enjoy this as much as I enjoyed the first one, felt like it went very … mythical? At the end ?? Not sure if this is the word I want but …. Yeah….. very dull at times too (mainly the Kilmartin chapters) but was a quick-ish read

I did enjoy this and it’s a good concept for a book, HOWEVER it was just way too long. The men’s parts became boring - I wanted to hear more about the women on the other side of the tree!!! I don’t CARE about men being left behind - we all know how they’ll cope with that. I was 100% here for the men hating aspects though! (no offence😘)

A cute little read! Really heartwarming and I loveeeee the characters 🫶🏻 one of my fave things about this is that the communication is 😘🤌🏻 - I HATEEEEEEE any sort of miscommunication with a PASSION and I was soooo glad this didn’t have that. Just 2 normal characters like omds ! I LOVE YOUUUUU🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
