Bad Blood: Secrets and Lies in a Silicon Valley Startup by John Carreyrou

Such a good, and real, story which is so well written by this fantastic author. It draws you in so that you can't put it down and makes you really want the demise of the main perpetrators more so that some recent iconic TV series!
Outwitting Squirrels: And Other Garden Pests and Nuisances by Anne Wareham

It's very opinionated and highly localised and seems to be based purely on her fumbling about rather than anything close to rigor to avoid perpetuating myths!
Other Minds: The Octopus and the Evolution of Intelligent Life by Peter Godfrey-Smith

Very insightful and makes me look at these bizarre animals in a whole new light. Watching them behave in those strange ways is so difficult to reconcile with what must be going on inside their world! The only drawback to the book being that it's written in the style of an academic/teacher (albeit a very good one) with elements of repetition to take forward to the next idea.

Very good book, a mishmash of story, thouggtscand lists but insightful emotional and honest.
Paranormality: The Science of the Supernatural by Richard Wiseman

Very enjoyable read with a mix of fact (about fiction) and methods you can employ yourself. It's a very easy read with a playful writing style which I enjoyed.
