I really enjoyed this book. The characters sucked me in, and I ended up reading this book cover-to-cover in one sitting. :)

I really liked this book. I thought the plot and characters were engaging, and it gave me a different perspective on a situation I've never really thought about. The narration style threw me, but other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed this book.

The Percy Jackso series was a large part of my childhood, and it still doesn't disappoint years later! This is an amazing book, with engaging and lovable characters, a complex yet easy-to-follow plot, and some of the best worldbuilding I've ever read. I have nothing but good things to say about this book.

A fairly solid book. Not quite my cup of tea, but no real complaints. Definitely worth a read if poetry is your thing!

I liked this book- having never read Borne, it did feel like I was missing a little bit of context, although it did not impact my understanding of the plot in any way, making this a good stand-alone. The narration of the Strange Bird is whimsical and engaging. All in all, this book felt like reading a surrealist painting, if that makes sense to anyone but me.

Not sure how harshly I can truly rate this book, considering that it was published over one hundred years ago. Keeping in mind its age, it was slightly hard to understand, the plot isn't exactly clear, and the characters are kind of hard to relate to. However, the aesthetic is amazing.
