Did not finish book. Stopped at 55%.
A fascinating book on the topic, but it was extremely slow and even though I made it halfway through, the woman mentioned in the subtitle hasn’t appeared yet; Everything thus far has been political and social context.

Doppelganger by Naomi Klein

Not just about the author’s morbid curiosity for her ‘doppelgänger’ during a rise in fake news and blanket misinformation, the author also explores the role of a doppelgänger in literature, culture, politics, and conflicts.
It feels like a series of essays rather than the author’s deep dive into Naomi Wolf, but they all come full circle beautifully.
