HOT DIGGITY DANG MAN!!! Once this got going, it got GOING. It was twisty enough to keep my brain guessing and whirring, and when the major plot points were revealed, they were done extremely well I felt.

Without spoiling too much, rich people with too much money try to get away with murder (or do they?) and other adventures in Capri, Italy 🇮🇹

Thank you NetGalley for the ARC!

3.75

I was hesitant to read this one since Quentin was such a dick in the first one, and it hit me a little in my own elder sister feels, but I’m glad I pushed through. I loved that Logan is going to be a librarian (holla at ya girl), and I also love the growth Quentin went through in this book.
All in all, I give it a solid 3.75 stars.

I’m excited to read the next one in the series once it’s out!

4.5

Plot: 5/5
Vibes: unimaginable, off the charts

You know, I don’t normally tear up at romance books, but damn Margot & Forrest got me GOOD. TWICE.

This was a beautifully written meta novel and, as the title states, was full of romance tropes. I saw a lot of them coming, was still surprised when they happened, and Ate. Them. Up.!!!!

Margot & Forrest are two types of stubborn caretakers that go against each other, but when they end up working, it’s a gorgeous thing to read. I am grateful to have my own Happily Ever After, but I also understand Margot’s need for a Happily Never After file too.
