Not that balanced. really comes out as an apologist for Richard.in some matters like how he handled his estates it does show him to be a man of his time and maligned by subsequent histories. on the issue that matters to most (Princes in the Tower) he does the same thing as all Ricardian supporters and ignores rather obvious evidence....very obvious evidence that shows a calculated plan to usurp the throne.
