I liked All the Sinners Bleed more but this was a fun ride! It was funny too!

I was so intimidated to start Brandon Sanderson‘s books because I felt like I would never be able to digest them. But, I loved everything about this book! Even though I wanted to google the plot,  I am so glad that I stuck with it. This was such an amazing read, and I’m so glad that I finally have joined the Cosmere!

It took me really long to finish this book, not that I did enjoy it, but the multiple POV‘s were truly getting frustrating and hard to follow along. But once I dedicated that time to power through, I started to enjoy it. I saw myself rooting for the characters towards the end. Most of the characters I extremely disliked up until the end. While I didn’t think I was going to finish the series, I need to at least read the next book because I want to know what happens with the relationships.

Yaya and Indie are annoying and insufferable and they deserve each other! Justice for Ethic!

I thoroughly enjoyed this comment and I’m glad I waited to read it until now! I like this one much better than parable the sower, and I loved parable of the sower! In this one, Lauren really really grew on me, but her daughter’s journal entries were making me struggle with fully accepting Lauren as this, save your leader! But, I really really enjoyed the dual perspectives. Ultimately, I am team, Lauren, but I really hate that there was no resolution between her and her daughter. MARC needs his ass whooped! How do you hide your niece from her mom for her whole life. That’s wild!

When I read Gregory M., I’m just here for the ride. I do enjoy his writing style even though I’m lost ALOT. I liked following Liir’s journey, but he IRRITATED ME! How you gon deny candle’s baby?! Where’s candle? Where’s noor? I need to learn more about Elphaba’s grandbaby! So many questions. So many innuendos. I enjoyed this book. I really enjoyed the interview at the end.

I really did enjoy this book, but there were way too many characters to follow. Do understand that this is the

method

of

however
.

I

should’ve

made my own character chart. But I really did love the plot! I’m excited to start book

because I want to learn more about the magic system in this book. But, every single one of the characters got on my nerves, so I’m hoping in book 2, we have some redemption arts for all of them overall, the solid read!

What an interesting retelling of Adam and Eve. I had to pray after reading this!
