First issues are SO FUNNN and this one definitely. I was fortunate enough to see Lights open for PVRIS after months and months of seeing Good Dye Young post about her😂😂 so I got hooked onto 2 or 3 songs. Then I bought tickets to her headlining show in March. NOW IM OVERWHELMED WITH THIS WORK. Anyways I love En and the world so far. Priest is super cute...
I felt like the plot is moving so quick but I’m trying to pace out reading each issue. My favorite songs are like the first 4 so I really liked this issue as well. SAVAGE IS MY FAVORITE TRACK and I really imagined her S.O. to have done something really shitty in the comic so I was kind of underwhelmed but I still really feel it. Not my favorite issue because I don’t like to see her sad lol.
Wow. Okay I love Tsu and I want to know everything about her. En is really killing the game. She’s the coolest character ever. I love Lights as a writer she’s so funny and so unique and really isn’t afraid to draw whatever the fuck she wants on a page. My prediction is Priest is part of something we won’t find out about until later...
Giants is one of my favorite songs so I guess the chapter was kind of underwhelming. Anyway I love the land of the eternal sunset it’s rad af.
Repetitive writing and a little too unorganized for me. I felt sad they weren't communicating and sad to learn about his past and even sad after the end. Idk why but it made me so sad and I couldn't enjoy the whole thing.
I skimmed it yo. From claiming he isn't an alcoholic to quoting bill Cosby, sheeran really puts himself out there. Not a relatable POV and not someone whose music individually interests me. Happy to read about taylor swift and he said nice things but the book is really about him, which is fine, but the more I learn about him the more I'm like no thanks :( such poor structure and fluency in his writing. Difficult to hear a voice when it's so choppy and all the curses have been censored (?????) why did he curse so much if they were gonna just write f*** every time lol
I TOOK INTRO TO FILM. I guess that was pretty obvious because I'm a film major. But it was so exciting to talk about movies. Like in school and not just for five minutes while other people don't care. The class was super easy and there were only like three other majors but I DONT CARE IT WAS A BLAST.
