It's terrifying how realistic this is. In the beginning I couldn't help but think, "Police just taking you without explanation? Accusations of made-up crimes? People snitching on you to the authorities because you dare exercise your right for an opinion or be different? But that's what's already happening in my country", as if it's supposed to be normal.

I only started getting the hang of the characters' relationships and motives, and the book ends??? What was the plot? Where was the horror element? Lines of dialogue between 2 characters about one's love life - what for? What did it lead to? What a strange decision to publish such a raw, unfinished work...

Before starting this volume, I only barely recalled what I didn't like about LO1 and yeeeaaah, I remember now. I'm not the target audience for this comic, I think, that's probably why I dislike it so much. Or I keep expecting some level of maturity from SOMEONE, but every character behaves in such a ridiculously childish way that I can't take anyone seriously. And the same trope I hated in volume 1 - grown-ass men going absolutely feral over a female who looks like a child and behaves like a child - is still here and is still disgusting.
