I thought I wouldn't like the book because I saw it like a Harry Potter rip-off, but I tried and what I can say is that i'm not disappointed at all. The storyline is interesting, there's a good character developpement, and what I liked on this story except the magical stuffs and those cliffhangers who wanted me to throw everything in my room is that it's a story about friendship and family. When you start to read the story, you're completely inside it and though I took a moment to read it (also bc i was sick and lazy), I couldn't forgive this universe so well build and particular. And sure, I can understand it can be compared with HP but Magisterium worth. Should I precise that the writing was well? Not really because it was very well (except maybe that i noticed a few words repetitions but the storyline kinda makes them transparent) Now I can't wait for The Copper Gauntlet.
