Let’s start with the cover. I know, don’t judge a book by its cover. But come on, look at them. They’re GORGEOUS! The colors of the dresses aren’t just because it’s pretty; there’s a meaning to them.

In Crimson Kingdom, I was talking about how I wanted Evander’s point of view, not knowing that Obsidian Throne would have it. It seems weird that it goes from one POV in the first three books to two POVs for the last one. But I’m not upset about it. I would’ve loved more of Evander’s POV, but I’m glad that there would be a companion book with his point of view. I understand that The Lochlann Feuds series is Rowan’s story.

I love a full-circle moment. The dedication from Obsidian Throne is
To everyone who took a chance on a story that started with vodka. Psst... It ends that way too.

That in itself encompasses the series as a whole.

I love quotes, and I highlighted so many while I was reading. From the dedication to the last lines of Obsidian Throne, I was hooked!

Obsidian Throne is a roller coaster of emotions. I was laughing, smiling, and there were even moments when I started tearing up.

Like most relationships, Rowan and Evander’s had their ups and downs. From the very beginning, Evander called Rowan Lemmikki. Telling her that it means pet, which it does, but what he meant was darling. And everyone knew that, everyone but Rowan.
Their chemistry was instant.
“To think that we were connected from the first time we danced.”

They were inevitable. Rowan and Evander understand one another.
We were two broken souls with violent tendencies when it came to protecting the people we loved.

On the outside, they’re wearing a mask, hiding everything inside. But beneath it all, they’re human and vulnerable.

At some point, I want to read The Lochlann Treaty series, reread The Lochlann Feuds series, and have a spoiler version along with all of my favorite quotes. But that is a later project. I can’t wait for Evander’s story, whenever that comes out.

To eveyone who's ever felt like they weren't enough.

As soon as I saw Twisted Hate on my kindle, I wanted to read it! Unfortunately, I was in the middle of another book. I knew that I couldn't focus on it until I finished my current read.

Ana Huang has a special place in my heart because of Wattpad. She became an auto-buy author right after I read Twisted Love. The Twisted series immediately captivated me, and I have no regrets since.

Enemies-to-lovers is one of my favorite tropes. The angst and banters are always fun to read. We met Jules and Josh in Twisted Love, and there was chemistry, even then. Jules and Josh have always hated each other. But, you know what they always say, "there's a thin line between love and hate." Beneath all of the "hate", there is understanding.

Hooked from the beginning, I couldn't put Twisted Hate down.
"I thought I'd escape my past, but at the end of the day, our demons always caught up with us."

Jules's life looked perfect from the outside. But that is far from the truth. Everyone has their demons; some people are better at hiding them than others.

After finishing Twisted Hate, I wanted to read Twisted Lies right away. June can't come quick enough!
