Great book that has a lot of amazing insights and teaches a variety of topics quickly . It includes ways to simply plug and play new ideas and actionable steps. Although it is used as reference for almost all self-improvement videos, I think it is important to get it from the source.

An amazing book that contains several eye-opening insights and answers to questions you never even asked for. It is a must read for pretty much everyone and everyone can learn something from it. Although it is quite a dense topic, the author has managed to separate it into a storylike structure.

Great book and has several great insights. My favourite one is that being bored is actually good for you and I found that very eye-opening. This book is amazing to perfect your productivity and deep work and talks about the difference between deep and shallow work. However, I found it a bit difficult to read at times because the stories were not that engaging.

Great book but quite short. It perfectly organises all of the information from the 1stMan Youtube Channel and has lots of actionable steps. However, there are some parts that I do not agree with but for the majority, they are eye-opening.
