Oooooh I loved this book! The story is gripping and an interesting take on Fated Mates
Also, they use the word dick for all spicy scenes, which for some reason is very pleasing to me. Great characters, great setting. Cannot wait for book 2!!

I loved this book so much. Fake dating, roommates, unproblematic main characters. All of it was just perfect!
This book felt rushed. There was limited character development and the end happened in a complete blur (pre-epilogue). The dialogue felt a little stilted and not like a natural conversation.
If this was longer, the story more fleshed out and not just a sideline to the spice, it might have rated higher. Like, dig into Sam's PTSD, lets learn more about caroline's family. Give me something other than what just feels like filler around the sex scenes.
