ARC review:
What a lovely book! I am a sucker for a cinnamon bun MMC with a dirty mouth, and Jude delivered this in spades.
Olena is a character that I relate to, hard. Undiagnosed ADHD, rejection sensitivity and all round not-nice-brain is something that lives in my life too. I found both the characters funny, relatable and sweet.
The spice was great, and the sexual tension was perfect. The mud fight scene is definitely one I will be going back to later.
There are triggers for domestic violence, as well as mental health, PTSD and alcoholism. These issues were portrayed sensitively and realistically.
I had to keep reminding myself throughout my reading journey that this was Hannah's first book; I kept wondering what else she had written, because the writing was great and not what I would expect from a first book.
Overall, I read the whole book in a day and had a blast. I can't wait to see the next one in this series.

The character building in this was okay, but there were loose ends that weren't tied up. Especially with no epilogue.
Did Theo love his jumper? What about Xander being a homophobe? That was just completely glossed over.
The end felt so abrupt, especially because I was expecting at least an epilogue to summarise everything else.
Also, I didn't really like Theo as a character. Niklas was a sweetheart, but Theo didn't really have any change until right at the end. I had no expectations going into this and I am glad I didn't, because I would have been exceedingly disappointed
