This is book four of the author’s Season of Change series and features Joe and his best friend’s younger brother, Aiden.

Joe’s business degree hadn’t done much to help him find a job after graduating so, at 24 years old, he found himself living in his sister’s basement, trying to make enough money as a cam boy to be able to move out.

Aiden was Joe’s best friend’s little brother but there was something special about him. Nineteen years old, a virgin and never been kissed, he couldn’t understand the fascination with sex and hookups…until he noticed Joe. Too bad his brother punched Joe after a New Year’s Eve kiss and demanded he stay away from Aiden. Maybe not a wise decision but neither Joe nor Aiden WANTED to stay away from the other so when they spent Spring Break together in Cancun, it was no surprise when the sparks flying changed to a blazing inferno.

This was a super sweet read with zero angst, a five year age gap, a virginal MC with a breeding kink and a struggling cam boy. While it might not have been not incredibly deep, it WAS tons of fun and well worth the time it took to finish and one I recommend for anyone looking for a lighthearted romance.

This is book five of the author’s Desert Ice Hockey series and featured Tyler, one of the original members at ASU of a group of out and proud hockey players that call themselves “the squad”.

In high school Tyler had been hurt by a bi-curious  football player and refused to get involved with anyone looking to use him as an experiment ever again so when Rowan, his straight D-line partner, kissed him, it sent up all kinds of red flags causing Tyler to reject his advances.

Rowan was a new transfer to ASU in his senior year but this was his last chance to show what he was capable of in hopes of making it to the NHL and needed to be able to focus. He just happened to choose ASU because it had Tyler Hodge, the best D-man around and pretty much hockey royalty. He couldn’t believe it when he started having confusing thoughts about his partner, thoughts he’d never had before, but after struggling with it for a while he had to find out, he couldn’t keep going with all the conflicting feelings but he never dreamed Tyler would reject him…hadn’t he been checking him out nonstop since Rowan got there?

This book was perfection for me; it was angst free, had two emotionally available MCs, sweet as pie and super steamy. Both guys were kind and friendly, close to their families and neither was arrogant or a jerk. The squad, as with all of the previous Desert Ice Hockey books, remained close and supportive and happily welcomed Rowan into the friend group. They didn’t play as large a part in this one as the others but I love hearing every little tidbit about them that we get, they were all just a great bunch of guys. I’m gonna be really sad when the series comes to an end—but I’ve felt the same about all of the series Ms. Gordon has written (especially Rock U, it was a special favorite). Each of the books in the series, though connected, can be read as a standalone but I expect you’ll probably get hooked, like I am, and want to read them all. It’s a super series, 5 stars!!

This is book one in the author’s Redwood Bay Fire series and features Lochlan, a big golden retriever of a guy, always happy no matter what’s going on and so eager to please. When he and Dario get to know each other at puppy obedience school, as much fun as he has with Dario, he doesn’t understand why everyone at Fire Station One Thirteen is constantly teasing him about them being boyfriends. He’s straight, right?

After escaping an abusive relationship, Dario struggled with his self worth but Lochlan was always there to support him, first as friends and then as so much more.

These two guys were just so dang sweet together! I loved this book and hope others will also give it a try because it’s SO GOOD!! 4.5 stars!

This is book two in the author’s Dog Tags series featuring a group prior military men from the same unit after they’ve separated and reconnected in the small town of Saddle Creek, Tx working with their buddy, Dane, at Great Dane’s Dog Sanctuary.

Temple, the FMC, was always told she was a bit much but when she needed a fake husband to satisfy the terms of her inheritance, she knew there was no one she could count on more than Flynn, her best friend’s older brother. While he was overseas, being fake married was no big deal but now, two years later, he’s back stateside and her greedy cousin is trying to prove their marriage is fake. With a lot riding on the inheritance, Temple and Flynn will do whatever it takes to make things right and maybe…JUST MAYBE, they’ll also get what they’ve both secretly wanted for years.

This is a curvy girl, best friend’s brother romance. It was super short, full of humor and lots of steam, all wrapped up in that Saddle Creek, TX charm. I’ve LOVED every one of the books in the Saddle Creek world and hope the author keeps ‘em coming. 5 stars!!!.

This was my first book by this author as well as of this type; a human and his guardian angel who’s able to transform at will into a cat or possibly into any animal of his choosing.

Cayenne, a ginger cat, first appeared to Leo as a tiny kitten following the passing of his parents in an accident in which Leo had also been involved. Eighteen and alone, the kitten gave Leo something besides his grief to focus on and seventeen years later, he and Cayenne were still together.

The first time Leo is confronted with Cayenne transforming into a blue jean and t-shirt clad redhead he’s certain he’s dreaming but when he learns Cayenne is his guardian angel and has been watching over him since his family’s accident...he’s still not certain he isn’t dreaming.

There was lots of humor as the two began to get to know each other but I had tears come to my eyes many times as well in this sweet slow burn-y read. I can’t really say it was as lighthearted as I expected it to be but it wasn’t this huge angst-fest either. I guess it would fall somewhere in the low to medium range, maybe? I’m probably not a good judge as I prefer angst free romance but other than a few tears, I survived. For those readers who positively LOVE teary eyed romance as well as a little drama, I think this will be something you absolutely fall in love with but I was hoping for something more lighthearted and fun so for me, it gets 4 stars!

This is a complete four book collection containing Memphis Bound, Sweet Conviction, Broken Strings and Save Me. Each of the books are centered around country music, in some form or another, in Nashville, TN and are interconnected.

Although each of the books in this collection included instalove relationships, contrary to a lot of my favorite romances, everything here was NOT coming up all sunshine and roses. In fact, the one thing they each had in common, other than country music, was the struggles each couple faced in finding their own HEA. (Well, that and each of the MMCs were deliciously bossy and addicted to their women.)

Every book in this set was awesome…there was no book that I regretted reading or felt iffy about, I loved them all and can recommend them 100%!

This book is part of the author’s Heartstone Rescue series and features Kami, a previously unrecognized stone singer and Reno, a huge warrior dragon.

After giving up his own heartstone to save a friend, Kami, an omega who behaved more like an alpha, was wasting away until he arrived at the new Keep following a mission to rescue omegas and children. Unable to survive without a heartstone and urged by a voice in his mind not to give up, he was guided in a search for a new stone and previously unknown abilities allowed him to communicate with the stones in order to find a compatible one for himself and eventually, other dragons in need.

Reno never expected to find a mate of his own but when he sensed the presence of an injured omega following the arrival of two warriors, he knew it was his mate and refused to let him give up, helping him search for a replacement heartstone.

I loved this book! It was extremely sweet and satisfying with a wonderful storyline but best of all, it had the funniest, driest, sense of humor that kept me laughing at Kami and Reno’s little quips and everything they got up to. While the romance was great, the humor is what catapulted it from merely a “good book”  to an amazing one. For readers like me who also like a little something more in their love stories, this might be the one you’re looking for.

This is book two of the author’s Oriania Chronicles: Sweet Omegaverse series and I absolutely LOVED it; it was just as amazingly sweet and steamy as the title suggests.

Miller, the MMC, is a professional ball playing alpha—the most dominant alpha in his friend group but when it comes to his best friend’s little sister, Posie—his mate—he’s the biggest cinnamon roll ever! Not a big surprise since in this omegaverse omegas are rare and are therefore treated like the treasures they are. Of course Posie doesn’t KNOW they’re mates, she thinks he despises her though she’s always crushed hopelessly on him.

Grab this book today to see how Miller convinces Posie that he’s hers and always has been in this dual virgins, brother’s best friend, omegaverse, sports romance. 5+ stars!!

This is a collection containing four sweet and steamy summertime reads, namely Vowed to be Yours, Hot Kisses, Acting for Daddy and Scarred Mountain Man.

As with all of this author’s books there’s tons of heat, mega obsessed and possessive MMCs and lots of heart melting HEAs.

This collection, while it has an overarching theme of summer romance, also has a variety of popular tropes such as arranged marriages, billionaires, rockstars and hot mountain men, so something for just about everyone. Grab it today, you won’t be disappointed.

This is book two in the author’s Caparelli Crime Family series and features Marco, the top Captain in the Caparelli Family mafia and Imogine, the daughter of a man who owes them money.

I’m so loving this new series! Just like the previous one, this book is extremely hot and Marco is an absolute dream. Obsessed and possessive…everything I want in a book boyfriend!

This is an awesome book and I recommend it 100% for readers who love instalove mafia romance with tons of steam. Don’t miss it!
