A cozy adventure which seems to have become an instant classic. I'm not sure it my thing, but I could see myself recommend it to a lot of people.

Le Guin's doesn't disappoint in that short stories collection. I was interested in reading her later work and picked this up to read at the airport (waiting for your plane is undeniably the best time to read this book!). It is a 5 stars read for me insofar as the majority of the stories captivated me: they are more ideas in that book than in full trilogies...

Marvelously written character is a well built world with a mysterious magic system. This book only loses 0.25 stars for me for am ending which I found a little too confusing to my taste. That being said, there is no doubt I will read all of Hobb's books, and that Fitz has become one of my favorite fantasy characters.
