A Touch of Ruin by Scarlett St. Clair

Did not finish book. Stopped at 20%.
I couldn't stand the forced non-communication of the main characters. The conflict used to further the plot was not necessary and could have been avoided if the main female wasn't forced to be dumbed down from the first book and both characters refused to talk to each other even though the are a couple.

3.5

Slow burn story with a heavy focus on characters to further the plot. Heavy medical jargon within the first half of the book can make it tedious.
