Loved the young hero in this story but the ploy ambled a little bit, making me impatient for the resolution. Overall, good read though.

So incredibly written. Truly. The ending, while a bit too abrupt for me, really was a wonderful ending to this story. Just open ended enough.

Loved the rich characters in this book. And the ending satisfies by being predictable but welcome.

GREAT idea. I'm super visual so I especially love the vintage photos. Great story, creative and really reliant on the photos for the story structure.

It is certainly a beautiful event when an purchase can be so adept in so many different areas. Sally Mann's writing feels like sitting across a coffee table talking to an old friend. Cup cradled in your hands and the warmth seeping into your fingers, listening intently as she weaves her story. Full of truth and versions of the truth, what lies at the memorable heart of this book is, for me, is the beauty of her everyday and her skillful ability to capture it poignantly in a jar, so we may all see. I loved this book.
