This is a comprehensive and exhaustive collection of unsuccessful musicals on Broadway. And the incessant lists of different types of flops appealed to my mind which grew up on The Book of Lists and The People's Almanac. But it doesn't sustain interest and needs a little Kenneth Anger vicious prose applied to it. Oh well, it made me laugh and look up performances of some songs on YouTube.
