I really enjoyed this book. Knot Your Puckbunny is the tale of Presley, an independent Omega who refuses to have anything to do with Alphas in any capacity, who gets dragged to a hockey game by her bestie. Besides some weird looks from leery Alphas whats the worst that could happen? Well meeting your scent matched mate who happens to be one of the star players on one of the hockey teams might. Gaven is going through his pre game rituals when he smells her. His scent matched mate. Gavin knows he HAS to have her, unfortunately Presley doesn’t seem too interested. Presley has some obvious hang ups about relationships and alphas in general, but nothing can deter Gavin in his quest to get his mate to realize that he wants her for more than her designation. He wants her for HER and he’s determined to prove it, no matter what it takes. But when Preseley´s past comes back to haunt her, will it be too late for her to admit to herself what Gavin really means to her or will she have missed her chance forever?
I throughly enjoyed this story. Even though it´s Omegaverse i enjoyed that it was just a MF romance this time. Presely´s reluctance endeared me to her all the more because you knew there was a reason for it, you just needed to get to the root of it. I also loved how Gavin was down bad for her from the get go. I loved how he could admit that he was playboy in the past but it was something about Pres that made him know that he needed to change but also want to change. Their best friends were also hilarious. I LOVE gabby, she is by far my favorite character in the book. I thoroughly hope book 2 is about Gabby and Arden! Also the banter and the growing relationship between Presley and Gavin throughout the story was one of my favorite things. I Love good banter between the mcs! Towards the end of the story things get a bit dark, and there’s a part literally at the end that felt…unnecessary but seeing as how it was the end of the book and only maybe a half a page, it didńt fully turn me off of the book.
Just Drive is F1 Omegaverse that is everything I didn’t know I needed. Just Drive is the story of Vanessa Lennon who is F1 royalty, as the granddaughter of one the greats in the sport, the only problem is she’s a woman. Vanessa has had to fight 3x´s harder for everything she’s gotten in the racing world , from wins to respect. She’s controlled, no nonsense, and demands respect in every aspect of her career and life because as a woman in a boys club, you can never show weakness. Her perseverance pays off when she gets signed to one of the top teams in F1 racing, Paragon. Vanessa, the owners of the team, and team principal Grayson de Clare knew their would be interest and outrage with the first ever female F1 driver being announced so they kept everything very secret. Which meant no in person meetings between Vanessa and anyone at Paragon until after she was announced. That was a great strategy until Vanessa and Grayson simultaneously realize….they´re scent matches…at the big press conference announcing her as Paragońs newest racer… In the middle of the craziest time of her life, where she’s under immense scrutiny and pressure from everyone, Vanessa must also make the choice of giving into her base instincts and forming a connection with her scent matched pack…or continue living life alone.
I absolutely loved this book! I will say DO NOT be intimidated by the page number. Yes it´s a bit of a long book but it is SO worth it! This book had so much but my absolute favorite thing was the pining and love and romance between Vanessa and her pack! Right off the bat we find out her and her team principal are scent matches which really throws EVERYTHING off…or so she thinks. Vanessás an Omega whós never gotten to BE an Omega. She lives in a world where she cańt show an ounce of weakness or softness so she’s been fighting against every single natural instinct her entire life. She’s been told time and time again she has to be in control all the time, she cant be silly, she cant be anything less than perfect or they wont even attempt to take her seriously. Well when she meets her scent matches, her entire world is flipped upside down. I LOVED the way the author had the pack envelope Vanessa into their lives. They figured out her hang ups pretty quickly and used actions and words to show her she could just BE an Omega with them which was freaking adorable. They pining and tension between the guys and Vanessa was pretty immediate but it also lasted for a while. Was there spice early on Sure but it made sense within the story and it only got hotter from there!
There was more than just pack relations happening in this book. We got to learn about Formula 1 racing, that whole world, and the harsh realities of being a woman in ¨boys club¨type of atmosphere. I love that the author didńt shy away from the crappy parts of situations like that nor did she make the pack, vanessás saviors. Sure her alphas got upset, but they also had to learn how to protect her and be there for her by letting her handle things on her own. The men in her pack are amazing. The way they took care of her, knew they had an uphill battle of making her feel safe enough to give into her Omega instincts, and not fighting every battle for her (believe me there were MANY), all while wooing her and showing her that they wereńt going anywhere, it was everything a girl could want. The author explores healthy sexual dynamics and relationships within the book as well and it´s really refreshing to see. I could honestly go on for days about how many emotions this book made me feel and how much i loved it. I think my last cry count was at 7 or 8, so you’ve been warned lol.
Just Drive is my first F1 omegaverse and i really hope this turns into a series because it was EVERYTHING.
I received an ARC and am leaving this review of my own volition. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
Flaws of characters a main focus? It's complicated

I really enjoyed this book. This was a fun, cute , spicy hockey omegaverse. I loved the way the author developed individual relationships in and out of the final pack so that we could really appreciate the different pack dynamics when everything was fully formed. This was my first hockey omegaverse experience and it’s definitely made me want to try more!
The only problem is this reads like an ARC copy instead of a final copy, with a decent amount of grammar and editing mistakes. I understand editing is sometimes hard to come by for indie authors but, another round of professional editing would only enhance the experience. I saw a few other reviews that also mentioned this is what took them out of the experience of the story. The mistakes weren’t enough to make me disregard the story but i know some readers can’t push past that.
Overall i really enjoyed the way the author explored the main plot but also had a secondary plot happening which lets the story be set up for a possible series or at least a sequel. The side characters were written in a way where you want to know more, without overtaking the main story which is sometimes hard to do when you have such a big cast. If you’re looking for a funny, cute, spicy hockey omegaverse then this is the book for you.
I dnf’d at 63%. I tried finishing it but I have entirely too many other books to read to force this one. I’ve read MC books before, I enjoy them….when they’re written well. We all know the prez or whoever the mmc ends up being in these books tends to be an ahole/jerl/whatever you want to call him but usually they’re made to be slightly likable. The author usually makes them act differently towards the FMC, going against what they normally do. That’s not entirely the case here.
MMC is Sledge. He’s the President of his MC the Black Clovers. They run drugs and guns per usual. One “client” ends up owing them $120K worth of product or money. When he obviously can’t pay, he tells them to get it from his fiancé who’s a doctor. The MMC takes this as she’s now his to own etc. Again generically usual for the setting of the book. He has his men watching her for two months BEFORE doing anything or letting her know that she now belongs to the club. He has decided that she will be his ol lady and that instead of her just working off the debt, she has to move into the compound and be their doctor explicitly. When she realizes she’s not been paid and finds out that she’s essentially a prisoner, he tells her she belongs to them forever and that “he’s not into r*pe but you will be under me moaning my name.”………..I….couldn’t after that. Especially when he forces her to live on the compound instead of still in her home which she had been up till that point and after that disgusting comment…. Her next POV states how she can’t stop thinking about him and is upset that she doesn’t know if he was flirting with her.
I read Dark romance, almost exclusively. I LOVE dark romance and routinely enjoy reading MC romances…but they have to be written well and not just…thrown together with random tropes. It’s not a hard ask to for a Novella to make sense. If you loved it, i like that for you but this was a hard no and I don’t think I’ll be trying any other MC romances from this author.
Everytime I pick up a Lost Girl book i am more enamored with this world Holly built than I thought i could be. When I first read Tasting Red, I couldn’t have imagined where we would end up but I absolutely love it. The entire Lost Girl Series is so wonderful. It’s magical, but realistic, with grumpy overbearing men who quickly fall to their knees when their powerful women come crashing into their lives.
Blackmailing Belle is a Beauty and the Beast reimagined grown up fairy tale. I love how Holly followed the basic plot but changed it in subtle ways that really amped things up. Very early on we get the main players and the stakes of the game, there’s no questioning of how things are going to fall into place and I really enjoyed that. Throughout the book we still get glimpses of what makes Belle one of our favorite Heroines and through her bookstore, we can feel Holly’s love for readers and romance books shining through. The Lost Girls and their fearless leader Rap make appearances throughout bringing with them the nostalgia of previous books.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book, mainly for Belle’s focus on being strong and resisting love but when she accepts it, it literally saves her life. The epilogue was perfect and hilarious and i cannot wait for the next book! We have so much more to see of this world and I know it’s just going to continue to get better and crazier!

Oh my goodness. Kimberly Lemming's books are an ultimate comfort. They suck you in, have you crying laughing, and having the best time all while rooting for kickass FMC's who are strong in their own ways and may not need a man to save them, but having their supernatural mate is helpful.
I loved this book so much..it's been about two years since I last read the Mead Mishaps series, but I was still able to fall back into this series with ease. I think Cherry and Dante might be my favorite couple, which is saying something considering I was head over heels for Cin and Fallon. I really enjoyed this book because, unlike the other two main books, the imminent threat is over, so bonding over having to save their people wasn't in the cards for these two. I really loved how finding their way to each other, along with some ridiculous adventure was the main point. I also really really enjoyed that the series ended with the lost daughter being brought home. This book was unexpectedly emotional and extremely cute.
