there were post-post-apocalyptic characters who were queer and Black and Indigenous. All trying to thrive in this world, already knowing how to live in an apocalypse because they'd been through one.

The ebook was frustrating to read since whoever formatted it didn't bother using different font for the interviewer and the author. That said, I am very glad I read this and will be revisiting "Johnny Appleseed" with everything I've learned in mind.

i was enjoying it at frst the writing became really repetitive.

also, something about calling someone a "bipolar pathological liar" feels ableist or at least perpetrating the stigma against mental health?
