i want to reread. mostly because this is another book i want to sit with and take thoroug notes. the themes of cycles and familial abuse are interesting, and the interactions between the mc and the odd forest shes lost in are engaging.

goofy goofy bad teen vampire drama. brain popcorn that makes me laugh with dismay and incredulity. teen me had the worst taste girl what were we doing... (i will be atempting to read the 2nd one... we'll see how it goes)

loved the plot of this book. and its sooooo sticky sweet it had me awing out loud. have some gripes with the smut but thats personal preference and overal its definitely not the worst ive read. i really enjoy how kj charles builds a relationship, they always feel like fited puzzle pieces. wouldve given it 4 stars but i just cannot get over prick and stand IM SORRRY

got recced this very vaguely (dragons) and then within the first few chapters there was a Vibe (it was rewritten fic.) which no offence to authors and readers who enjoy this more power to u but one of the main reasons i started reading books was to not read fic. im super not the target audiwnce for this
