I loved this book. I love King. Duke is my new bestie. Such a good Mafia world. The banter between he characters is really well done.  It's not a heavily dark Mafia world but there is still enough brutality to make it enternaing.

I wanted to love this book. But I just didn't.  There were just many times where the mmc said some cringey things. And it was a bit too insta love for me. Even though I didn't love it I think others will.  The mmc will be someone's cup of tea. He just wasn't mine.
