This moved me to tears multiple times. The way they talk about loss and grief felt tangible. I felt as though I was sitting on the riverbank with them listening to stories being told. The emotion that was put into this book of poetry was more than anyone would ask for. Please, if you do anything- read this.

If you’ve lost your mother and are feeling lost this book is for you. I connected with Katy and throughout this book I felt so seen. She’s lost without her mom and feels as though her life is slipping through her fingers. She takes the trip her and her mother were going to take and learns so much about her mom. She gets to see life in Karol’s eyes and that is truly a gift.

Overall the plot is so good! The twists weren’t very climatic, the romance aspect was kinda rushed and out of nowhere. Overall, an enjoyable read!
