Ok, so far, I've slowly been falling in love with the series. On Demon Wings left me reeling. It was a nail-biting scare-fest. I couldn't wait to begin Into the Hollow. I just HAD to know what happens to Dex and I must say I am a little disappointed. I am not sure I like this Dex 2.0. He seems like your typical good guy hero. Whatever happened to that skinny frame of messed up adorable Dex he was?
And Perry, jesus. I would so love to smack her. Throughout the book she was languishing in self-pity, hating Dex. Hello, didn't she switch his meds? He was being HAUNTED by his dead ex, AND Perry said she didn't love him. So where does she get off being righteous?
So now they've made up and blah, blah. Not very impressed with this one.
Moving onto Come Alive. Let's see what's in store for Derry.
