I loved Emma Lord's debut novel Tweet Cute. It was sweet, it was funny, and absolutely endearing. I wish I could say the same about You Have a Match; it's everything Tweet Cute wasn't - frustrating, poor character arcs, multiple storylines that lead nowhere and a hasty conclusion. It made me wonder, for a moment, if I was too old to be reading YA and then I snapped out of it. It isn't me; it's the book.

So yeah, not the best contemporary YA out there. But that doesn't mean I won't read Emma Lord again. I like her style and understanding of YA world enough to pick up the next book she writes. Hopefully it'll be more Tweet Cute than YHaM.

Unni R's The Cock is the Culprit is a biting political satire of first order. A must read for every thinking Indian.

P.S: Not for the sensitive or those suffering from "easily offended"
