This book did not live up to the hype, but it was good. As most reviews have stated, it felt like an episode of Gilmore Girls - from the town setting, the different characters, and even their names. Almost everything that happened, I could think of a GG episode with the same plot. For that reason alone, this book didn’t feel original to me.
