A perfect ending for my favorite couple.
Lo and lily deserve all the happiness in the world.
Family, friends, they have it all after everything they've been through. They fill so many times along the way. But together, with the help of their friends they managed to get up again and keep going. I'm going to miss every little detail about them. My beautiful babies.

"Practice makes perfect"

Just said goodbye to the Bayview crew forever, I can't believe that it's over, and my beloved characters are going to have a normal life finally "as normal as it could get", they will be happy each of them thriving in their own way.

"One of us is lying" was the first non- Agatha Christie book I've ever read, it was back during the lockdown when we all were board and had nothing better to do. I had the Murder Club telling me their story and keeping me company.

This book was the perfect goodbye, yes I dislike Phoebe because she's once again letting the bad guy go away without facing the consequences, which she should've learned after the months she spent afraid of her little brother. But I guess she'll never learn her lesson.

As for the rest of the crew I can't say anything but that I love and adore each and everyone of them. I adore Nate And Bronwyn and their little conversations. I loved Addy and Nate's brother-sister dynamic. They became the closest, the way Nate would do anything for her and the way she'd do the same for her. Actually all the of the Bayview four would gladly take a bullet for one another. They went from strangers to not being able to go through their lives without each other.

The plot of this book was really interesting, although I felt it was a little obvious after knowing the back story, but it was nice to see the Crew solving one more mystery together before saying goodbye and moving on with their lives.

And finally I have to say that if you loved the previous books this one will be a fast and a delightful read. Highly recommend it as I give it a:

"Karma doesn't kill people. People kill people"

Our favorite Anti-hero is back at it again. This time he thinks he can sell a story, he can become a writer and be applause for it. Things are going perfectly for him, until he meets "her". Until he meets Wonder. He makes decisions that would hurt his future just for her sake.
Believing he is the devoted boyfriend. All until his actions are met with ungratefulness.
Joe can never change, I've loved the fact that he's still the Anti-hero we all know. He kills only when he has to, regrets killing the wrong people. And somehow still have a tiny bit of remorse in him. Unlike season 4 Joe -whom I loved by the way- but still this Joe is my favorite. He has a pattern, a lifestyle that he could never change. Despite me wishing he stopped after Love, because I'll forever be a Love stan. I think Wonder did help us see a different side of Joe. And I can't wait to see more. I'll have to keep reading these books as long as they keep coming out!

"I will blow up this restaurant myself before I miss it"

This is probably the most unhinged book I've ever read, not just this year but ever.
The writer has an amazing captivating writing style that hooks the reader immediately into the story from the very first few lines.
Even though they are killers you will find yourself engaging with them, caring for them, and laughing at the situations that they find themselves in.
My favorite thing about this book is the sense of humor, the way the writer knows how to write a line and make the character say it in the best way possible yet in the worst situation possible, making it as unhinged as you might imagine.
This is probably my favorite read of 2023 and I'm glad I stumbled upon it because it's simply perfect...just perfect.

Took me 2 years to finish it.
I picked it up 2 years ago after I saw it on tik tok and I was really excited but left it when I was at 15% probably. Then a week ago I decided to listen to the audio book and let me tell you that was the best decision I've ever made!

DNF at 50% and I tried giving it more than one shot, yet it kept disappointing.
