read for book club but didnt seem like it would satisfy me . even tho about delicious succulent food

i like marie howe a LOT. some of these poems were like, WOAH! and i showed them to people i love.

honestly it was hilarious and beautiful to begin with but then i just started to get really tired of it. it's not even quite a tragedy.

finished on the subway. neatly tied off. found like i could finally start to get into it like 55% through but the voice is perhaps not for me
