Madeline Miller’s writing is so beautiful. I’ve had the privilege to read Circe so reading The Song of Achilles is a no-brainer.
The story of Achilles and Patroclus is both tragic and beautiful. I definitely cried my eyes out near the end

A rare case of me liking the adaptation more than the book. Sally Rooney’s writing style doesn’t fit my taste, is all

I can’t remember the last time I was this invested in a YA Fantasy with one of my favorite tropes: found family.
When the Crows interact with each other I sometimes find myself displeased with the dialogue due to the hint of immaturity. But then I’ve come to the realization that they’re just kids. A bunch of teenagers working one big job to another.
Safe to say I’ll be doing further reading of the Crows on AO3
