Fun B Movie type read. However the finale was a bit of a letdown.

A well-written but slightly repetitive story. I'm also the wrong audience since I don't normally read romances yet I was still smitten. I was hoping for more scares, too. Despite that disappointment, I liked this book. The audio narrator, Clifford Samuel, tied it all together with his rich voice. I bookmarked more of his work to listen to as well the writer Kaylnn. Overall, a good atmospheric pick for October. Perfect for someone who wants the feel of spooky season without any of the scares.
