I thought this would be more of a guide on how to do shadow work, but it was more about the author and her work. I think I would also need this in physical form instead of audio if I were to pick up again.

Did not finish book. Stopped at 69%.

Hmm couldn't really relate to Erica. She came off pretty entitled. I understand that everyone's struggle with sobriety is different, but she just made me want to shake her so she could get it together.

I have to admit, I really enjoyed this book and I have been implementing the Let Them theory since I started it! The Queen of TikTok, I knew I had to get in on all the buzz this theory was getting. I have noticed that by just repeating to myself "Let them, Let me" it's been easier to not get so riled up over the small uncontrollable every day things that pop up in life. I own my copy of the audiobook and it's def something that I will listen to again.

I've been a Neko fan since the early aughts so I was excited to pick this up and learn more about her, as the only thing I know about her is that she is Vegan and loves animals. I loved making the connections to how some of her songs came about and her life overall.
