I liked the murder mystery and cockiness of the characters in book 1... Book 2 I never felt like the plot was moving and I couldn't tell where SJM was going with it.... I felt like I was getting pulled into multiple directions but I'm still hopeful for book 3. I didn't hate book 2, I just couldn't devour it as fast.
