4.5

Coining the term emotional neglect, Jonice Webb explains how it can impact us in later life and practical advice on how to heal from it. The lamguage is clear and easy to read with plenty of examples.

A lot of this rang true for me and I'm interested in giving the exercises a go. I wish there was an app or an easier way to complete the worksheets though.

Found it a bit slow to start with but once the action kicks off its an enjoyable read. I'd lost track of who all the characters are though and some of them blended into eachother

Incredibly well researched and such an interesting book. I learned a lot about the history and details of cyber attacks against Ukraine and around the world. It doesn't assume you know all the terminology already so should be fairly accessible to most people..
