Was there a more exquisite woman in all the world than the one standing before him? If so, Daniel had not met her, and never expected to.

In this riveting finale to the Dangerous Damsels series, we find Alice and Daniel needing to save the queen from assassination. Whilst on their mission they have to find this mysteriously dangerous weapon that the presumed assassin will use to kill the queen. Not only do they have to search for this dreaded weapon but they also have to contend with chaotic pirates that at a moments notice will start a swordfight, dancing and thievery.

Needless to say Alice and Daniel would much rather be reading dictionaries and reciting mathematical equations than dealing with piratic shenanigans.

Sweet and funny love story with a found family theme.

This was absolutely my favorite one of the series. Lots of moments gave me the same vibe as SpyxFamily just without Anya. The idea of a secret subgovernment agency made up entirely of maids and butlers trained as spies and assassins was hilarious, and of course this had India Holton’s comical writing style and clever plays on words throughout.
