Lance has this forced confidence that carryโs him through most of the โsituationsโ he and Ty find themselves in. But heโs also super sweet and chill. He is kinda oblivious to certain things for being a collage frat president but Iโll take it.
And then you have Ty, who at first questions everything but then jumps head first - literally ๐ after they test theories. Heโs also a little broken and struggling to deal. But he find comfort in Lance and kinda just wonโt let go.
Adored! I laughed, I felt the tension and just over all enjoyed the heck out of this book!!

I was looking for a chill Pride read where I could be guaranteed MMCs who would shenan and shenanigan. Devon McCormack certainly met all my expectations with this one! Donโt judge me, but Iโve had The Peach State Step-Bros series on my TBR for, like, the longestโฆbut I didnโt put together this is the spinoff series because I hadnโt gotten around to them yet. Total face palm.
I donโt know about yโall, but Frat Cat is my favorite character in the book lol. Closely followed by the increasingly queer frat fam, and the MMCs of course. Iโm always down for the rivals-to-lovers trope, and I donโt know what Iโve done to deserve a double bi-awakening this soon after reading a different one, but I sure am thankful!
These guys are absolutely adorable. Ty went all โmy man, my man, my manโ so quick and I love that for him. Also, I peeped the additional queer rep on Lanceโs side early on (game recognize game). This was really fun going in blind because I decided to experience everything as it happened so the goofiness was perfect. And if Iโve said it once, Iโve said it a thousand times: no one is as slick as they think they are! Less people caught onto the secret relationship than I expected, but I still wasnโt the least bit surprised. I just enjoyed every step of the way.
Look, I ainโt ask for much from this book and I got even more than I could have planned for. I received a copy of this book directly from The Author Agency and this is my honest review. 4.5 stars for making me immediately need to read about the stepbros. Unbelievable lol.

Itโs fun to be back with these often ridiculous Frat Bros. And this rivals to lovers is a lot of fun, from their Frat antics, competitiveness, and some delicious sexual tension, thereโs a lot to enjoy.
Itโs a bit of slow burn, with lots of secret hookups on โenemyโ grounds, but they also share a lot of care and support as they navigate life, school, and guiding their respective frat houses.
I especially love how they maintain their frat rivalry even while falling for each other.

Lance and Ty are rivals and so are their respective fraternities. When the yearly TaskFrat challenges come around and Tys frat pulls an embarrassing prank on Lance and his guys, Lance swears revenge.
Thereโs always been tension between the two, but no one knows how that tension has coiled over in the past. As the up and downs of Greek life keep throwing these two together and they become closer, they are forced to take a closer look at whatโs between them.
This was such a fun and easy read, that really just gave the best vibes. Lance and Ty are adorable together and they compliment each other so well. There were so many pranks, side characters, so much banter and spice, I had the best time reading this!

Frat shenanigans, rivalry, sexy and hilarious pranks and a double bi-awakening, I was sold.
Ty and Lance cracked me up with their rivalry and pranks. They were at odds from the beginning but things began to change when they realized a few not so straight things about them. Watching them slowly fall in love the more time they spent together was heartwarming.
There was more to this story than just Frat rivalry and pranks. There was hilarious moments but also some deep moments. There was a nice balance of humor to more depth. I loved when they opened up about their past and the loss they have both experienced, I felt that it brought them closer.
The side characters added so much to the story. They were hilarious and I can't wait until we get more books in this world.
